Teacher Training with Beri Gyalse

On March 16, on behalf of RYI, Tenzin Yangdon hosted a short workshop on Tibetan language teaching methods for all Tibetan language instructors and assistant language instructors. The workshop was conducted by Beri Gyalse, a well-known Geshe and Tibetan language professor. The workshop was a great success as it was a valuable opportunity for RYI’s teachers to learn from a respected scholar and experienced educator in Tibetan language teaching. During the workshop, the instructors learned how to strengthen teaching methods and classroom strategies for Tibetan language instruction; benefitting from the practical guidance and insights of an experienced Tibetan language scholar.
