Online Learning Program Manager

The Online Learning Manager (OLM) is responsible for the creation, development, and operation of RYI’s academic Online Learning program. Online Learning responsibilities include overseeing the development of courses that provide continuity from the existing pandemic-related online course offering, along with gradual, organic growth of new offerings so that the program requires a low initial investment and is quick and easy to get off the ground. The Manager will utilise market-based data to reach out to target groups, and ensure the online presence and platform appeals to these groups and provides efficient services.

Administrative Officer (University Student Registration)

Based at the RYI Administration department which handles university student registration, the Administrative Officer is responsible for working with the Director of Administration and her team to ensure the smooth operations of the department. This includes processing of student applications, inquiries, registration and admission, recording grades and transcripts, referrals, and information service.
